Design Brief

The task was to research, design, and manufacture a working bollard prototype to install on the University of Oregon's campus at a site known for its slip, trip, and fall hazards. The particular site had parameters of height allowance, electrical access, landscaping technicalities, and more. The Bailey Bollard is a full-scale, 3D printed bollard meant to be sand cast out of iron and aluminium.
