Design Brief
This assignment was to design and render a handheld vacuum that contained a working Rhinoceros and Blender file that could be sent to manufacturers with accuracy. During the prompt, students we advised to explore shapes and profiles that would challenge their individual skills and knowledge in three dimensions. The goal after the project was completed was for the student to feel more comfortable and confident using 3D modeling and rendering tools
The final design features an organic shape and comfortable handle design to give a sleek and aesthetic appearance. The funneled edge creates a precise cleaning point for hard to reach areas, cracks, and corners when hand cleaning. It has indication lights, leveled buttons, and built in filters to create and easy user experience while simultaneously appeal visually.
